Jordan and Gaby traveled from Texas to have their wedding at Arapahoe Basin at the Black Mountain Lodge. At 11,500 feet, Black Mountain Lodge has to be one of the highest wedding venues in the country. While the views are certainly incredible, a venue that high does present some interesting challenges such as when a summer mountain storm temporarily shuts lifts down. Gaby and Jordan definitely took it in stride because one certainty when dealing with weather in the high alpine is that if you don’t like it, just wait a few minutes and it will change. The stormy sky, definitely made for some exciting and dramatic wedding photos.

Erica and Chris are an amazing couple. They hired me to photograph their wedding over two years ago. It was supposed to be last summer, but the pandemic prevented them for having the big wedding with friends and family they had imagined. Instead, the self solemnized their wedding with just the two of them and me there to photograph it.

Chelsea and Andrew rented a spacious home in the Shock Hill neighborhood of Breckenridge Colorado. The view from the deck where they held their ceremony was amazing, as were the aspen trees surrounding there ceremony site.
