Up to 20 images. The Standard Real Estate Package is perfect for small homes and larger condos up to 2,500 square feet. This package includes up to 1.0 hours on site as well as a pre-arrival consultation with the photographer to go over how to prepare your property for a photoshoot. Includes 2D floorplan and property website. Maximum turnaround time is 24 hours.

Deluxe Real Estate Package $399

Up to 35 images. The Deluxe Real Estate Package is perfect for larger homes and estates over 2,500 square feet. This package includes up to 2.5 hours on site as well as a pre-arrival consultation with the photographer to go over how to prepare your property for a photoshoot. Includes virtual twilight edit and 2D floorplan and property website at no additional cost. Maximum turnaround time is 36 hours.

Custom Real Estate Package $100

Customize your experience with a $100 setup fee. Then all images will be available a la carte for $20 per image. Includes a pre-arrival consultation of your photography needs.

Vacation Rental Package $499

This 35-image package is designed around the specific photo requirements of sites like VRBO and Airbnb. Attention is paid to showcasing the amenities along with the space to maximize your revenue. We know exactly what it takes to attract guests to your vacation rental, and how to make it stand out from the competition. This package also includes special long term licensing that allows you to use the photos for as long as your listing is active. A 2D floorplan is included, and is a great way to show renters the layout of your place.

Consider adding a video or Matterport 3D tour. VRBO currently supports Matterport tours, and Airbnb allows linking to an external tour.

The Works Package $999 (Save $320)

The ultimate media package for your luxury property listing. This includes the deluxe still package with 35 images, aerial/drone add-on, 4,000sqft Matterport virtual tour, twilight add-on, 2D floorplan, property website, and 2-minute video. You might not be able to book a time exactly at twilight through our automated system. You can choose to book as close to sunrise or sunset as you can, and we will contact you with specific time. Or use the contact button to inquire about the best time for your property. Maximum turn around time is 48 hours.

The Miniworks Package $379 (Save $100)

Everything you need and nothing you don’t to showcase your property on the MLS and social media streams. Includes 20 still images, 2D floorplan, property website, and Matterport tour up to 3,000 sqft.

Aerial Drone Package $100

This option adds drone photography to your still image or video packages. This is an excellent way to make your listing stand out from the competition and show how a home sits in the surrounding area. Drone pilot is fully licensed by the FAA Part 107 rules for commercial SUAS operators and is insured for drone operations. Includes a one time rescheduling due to inclement weather for no additional charge.

Twilight Add-On

We have options for both virtual twilights and twilight scheduled shoots. If you would like us to convert any of the exterior or interior photos to a twilight photo, we can do so after you see your photos for $15 per image. If you would like add a twilight shoot to any of the packages above for $150 please contact us for scheduling. The best time for twilight photos will be influenced heavily by time of day and location of the property.

Property Video Tour

Video tours are an excellent way to showcase properties through your website or through social media channels like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. 

Prices starting at $300 for a 2-minute video. 

Virtual Staging

Do you have an unfurnished property or new construction that you would like to showcase what it would look like fully furnished? For $75 per image, choose from a variety of styles and allow us to virtually stage a property for a fraction of the price of hiring a professional staging company. 

This can be added after delivery of your images.

3D Floorplans

This upgrade on our standard 2D floorplan included on every shoot, is an excellent way to show how the property is laid out with furniture in a more cost effective way than a full 3D tour. $75 per property of to 5,000 sqft. Compare 2D and 3D floorplans.
