Work Availability — Assignments are offered based on business needs and availability. There is no promise of ongoing or regular work.
Accuracy of Information — You certify that all information provided in your application is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or termination of future work opportunities.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality — Any photos or materials created on assignment will remain the property of Timothy Faust Photography LLC, and you agree not to share client information, images, or other business materials without written consent.
Policy Acknowledgment — You agree to comply with all company policies, brand standards, and client requirements when performing contracted services.
